Good morning all.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,1 chobani,protein shake, banana,coffee and water.Watcing NYG vs Green Bay in London this morning.Hope everyone has a good Sunday.Probably not lifting again want to give my elbow a full weekends break.

Just ate waffles and egg whites. 2cups of coffee. Protein shake. Going train some back in a little bit and hopefully catch a little football before work. Hope everyone has a great day
 
Slapped an initial coat of paint on the trim. Still have to cut it in. There’s a bunch of little doodads I gotta clean up. Oldest granddaughter chest for Christmas.
