Just one of my observations on human behavior (my lifelong completely unofficial study although I could probably write a thesis for a phd on it)….

As it relates to aas… I’m under the impression that there are those that use aas’s just to be able to talk about it. They have no clear attainable goal or well thought out plan for all of the ancillary work that goes into it (diet/exercise) nor have they put in the required preliminary work to take advantage of their body’s natural abilities. Some folks have dumped a lot of money into their aas usage for years with no apparent improvement in their physique or strength.

There’s a very well known person in the powerlifting community that has stated that (paraphrase) “aas is your ace in the hole when you’ve exhausted every last training/diet protocol that you can…once you start using gear for strength you’re heading towards the end”.

There’s rich kids in our area that shoot heroin in their butt cheek on Saturday nights so they can go to the clubs and say “yeah I’m on heroin” like it’s something cool. They have no idea on how dangerous it is… they just want to be able to talk about it and be that struggling cool addict like their favorite rock star. Most have never seen real addiction up close.

I’m all for free will and folks can do whatever they want to theirselves… I would caution those walking on the edge to to take a step back and envision theirselves 20 years from now or just go for broke and live for the moment, I get that too.

As a a man who loves drugs I ran into many of the people who pretended to be on drugs cause to seem
Cool. They weren’t doing ron cause well you could see
The negatives walking down the street but they would want like one hit of vape or a little tincture and then talk about how messed up they were the rest did the night. People ask me about aas now all
The time and I try and talk as many out of it as possible. Most time I hate to break it to them they don’t work hard enough to see the full effects so why waste the money. Then when you tell them what all goes with it they start to think wait i May have to take this vise I take this and my dick may stop working hahah

There’s been so many “celebrities” that have perished from addiction and the media (in general) have turned them into icons that tragically lost their life.

Jim moorison
Jimmie hendirix
Janis joplin
Keith moon
John belushi
Chris farley
Curt cobain
Sid vicious
Phillip seymour hoffman
River Phoenix
Amy whinehouse
Michael jackson

The list goes on and on

Real addiction is ugly not cool

Wait, I need a plan? I can’t just take gear all Willy nilly like.

Like you said…bodybuilding is no different. Folks want to be the biggest and/or the strongest like…let’s say Ronnie Coleman…arguably the strongest biggest total package guy at one time.

Take super doses of dangerous compounds and put theirselves in dangerous positions for lifelong injuries and/or skewed renal/cardiac/etc levels that will negatively affect their quality of life forever.

Hahaha yeah get yourself to the mid upper beginer level of weight training eat 2k cals a day claim you’re eating enough… got to the gym and lift some weights…run a couple grand $$$$ of juice in your azz a year….

Taaa-daaa… Ronnie coleman

Boom! Bro, I train 3 days a week for like 40 min. Crushing those machines.

I tell most the people they won’t even get to where I was natural oN gear so way out pros to cons. I’m not trying to be a dick to them but they have to hear realistic expectations.

Well what would you say to someone like me,I don’t consider it my Ace in the hole,if it wasn’t for AAS,I wouldn’t even work out.I greatly depend on them while Im workin out,and how many people exhaust all other routes before coming to the dark side.I didn’t,and I probably wouldn’t have tried to exhaust other routes anyways.

I don’t believe you’re doing insane amounts of compounds. I would consider you…like me…a hobbyist.

Gear def helps motivate and builds confidence. But everything said I believe is true. There are a lot I mean a lot of fat people on gear and they just stay fat. Like cartman

This is because gear doesn’t make you skinny only diet and training can. How many people train like pussys and still just eat the standard American diet with on AAS? Most people do. Most people can’t drive by a fast food joint without stopping or a box of donuts without grabbing one.
