Feeling pretty good. Still hoping I have enough muscle to compete. Sitting at 194 now I’m guessing. 10-11%. Workouts are very good, strength is good, 30 min cardio per day.

5 meals plus one shake. Never did the math
Meal 1- 4pm lean ground turkey 2 whole eggs 2 whites
1/2 cup broccoli
Black coffee

Meal 2- big salad w/ 7oz grilled chicken
Oil vin

Meal 3- 125 gram rice
6oz chicken
Veggie

Meal 4- 40 gram grass fed whey with greens

Meal 5- 6-7 ounce chicken
125 gram rice veggie

Meal 6 -4oz lean ground turkey 1 whole egg, 3 whites

Damn bro looking solid man. Local show I think you will kill it. National level pretty close I’d say. Us old guys are tough in the masters. I’m thinking about doing North Americans. Both open and masters.
 
Yeah just local NPC. I know I’ve got nowhere near enough for national. It’s at the casino here in ct
 
Got plenty of time and my coach is pretty happy so all is good. Hopefully training up in new haven this week
