Finally back to full recovery. Got a bad sinus and head cold couple weeks ago then thought I was better and worked out in the gym I’ve been going to (no a/c) brutally hot in Indiana. Well made myself sick on leg day lol imagine that.
Tried a new technique this week on legs. It’s how you press off you feet for squats, leg press, hacks or anything for that matter. You basically spread your toes (no I don’t lift bare foot I think this is the stupidest thing ever and just a big fad everyone follows). But spread your toes and you want to press off the center of your feet not the heels or balls.
Wow today my quads are smoked. Just setting in more and more. Also will help with any knee pain due to the mechanics of it. Someone smarter than me showed me so I wanted to share with you guys.
