I try and drink 20 ounces during training and another 20 immediately after. That is in addition to trying to get a gallon a day down
 
I got to rough at least 3 20 oz shaker bottle full during workout sometimes that’s just for compound lifts. Even at young age I constantly feel like I should be drinking something at all times. Would go through a gallon of koolaokd or like 8 pops a days I think this is why I was so good at binge drinking I was training fit r volume and I’m big enough o have high tolerance
