Protein on cycle how much is necessary to grow?

Okay let’s be short and simple not complicated.
I read a lot 1to 1.5 grams of protein per bodyweight then lean mass weight.Thats for natural…For someone on anabolic cycle what is your thoughts on protein intake And per bodyweight or lean body mass? Also people from experience not anyone from articles they have read and no experience…Thanks in advance.
 
Everyone is different brother. When I was concerned about adding mass AND on cycle…. I ingested close to 300 grams a day. That was at ~220 bw. That’s what worked for me…along with a lot of carbs.
 
I agree with @Poppy when I’m cycling I try to take in 250-300 grams of protein per day. Usually double that in carbs. I feel like the gram or gram and a half per pound of body weight is kind of maintenance eating.
 
There ya go brother… so far it looks like real world is 1-1.5 per pound.

I will add I maintain pretty well on .75-1 gram per pound. Currently at ~205.
 
The only time I add more protein is cut because some
Of it will get used for energy in bulk yoh are getting plenty of energy from other sources so could theoretically go on low end of protein
 
I’m about 225 and I consume roughly 250g. The closer to 300g I get the more it screws with my kidneys.
