My gains are decent enough i say. Floating around 188.
Eveeything seem to be coming in nicely . And i still have a good amount of weeks to go. Once i get a better hold of this BP issue should be better. These headaches suck and i just be feeling slightly off. Once again sorry about your cycle and the covid issue. Keep your head up brother.
