My quote of the day. I heard in Advance SNCO school. It was during a speech from a SgtMaj for the life of me I cannot remember. But I use this quote with my employees and mentoring program “As a leader you manage things. People are not things. You lead people.” I’ve used this many times for my people during meeting when they say I need to manage my people.
