Did chest this morning.Breakfast was poptart cherry frosted,bananna,R1 chocolate protein shake,water coffee.Gonna split wood at friends farm a few hour.lunch I brought with two turkey n cheese sandwhiches,whole grain bread,two chobani peach n strawberry.Homemade oatmeal raisin cookies.water.Theres most of my day.
 
45 degree back raises supersets with abs with walk around perimeter of yard. X 4
 
They’re setting up a big wedding behind us for this evening. The kids that bought the house are getting married. It’s turned out very nice. I’m going to eat well tonight.

I like them. Way better than the retired dbag ltcol.
 
Hit shoulders and arms this morning . I’m on duty till 8am, made the boys firecracker chicken and broccoli over jasmine rice for dinner.
