September 13th edition of diets and training

Good morning all.Still no gym membership.Breakfast was 1 plain bagel,2 cans a tuna with hot sauce,grapes,banana water.Lunch will be two turkey n pepperjack with Lett, tomato,red onion on rye,4 HB eggs no yolk, cranberry juice.Working til around 1600.Not sure about dinner.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Samo food.

Took a big bite out of a tuna pouch before I realized it had turned. Spit most of it out. Haven’t been feeling the best since.

No training. Went and watched oldest granddaughter cheer for a bit.
