September 1st installment of diets and bodybuilding

Good morning all.Breakfasr was 1 plain bagel,1 protein shake blended with 1 tbl spoon Avacado oil 2 table spoons of PB, grapes, banana,coffee and a water.Work and two doctors appointments so not sure if I’m gonna lift later.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Three eggs rice half avacado and two cups coffee

Haven’t trained for about a week. Working hard long hours trying to get side projects done so I can pay bills. These side jobs don’t pay as much as my regular job so gotta do a lot more.
 
Pancakes with mass gainer added, bacon, and coffee. Syrup isn’t needed with the mass gainer in the pancakes. They’re delicious plain with crispy edges. Training chest, shoulders, and triceps this evening. I’ve been doing Push, Pull, Legs for a little bit now. Might change it up in a few weeks. Probably around 8 weeks into cycle.
 
Tired of being a fatass, hired a guy I’ve known for a long time who trains bodybuilders to do my diet for me… it fucking sucks

Meal 1 - 2 whole eggs, 6 egg whites, 60 g (uncooked) oats, 70 g blueberries
Meal 2 - 8 oz albacore, 8 oz (cooked weight) rice (jasmine)
Meal 3 - 1 cup egg whites, 1 cup OJ, 1.5 scoops whey, 1 tbsp NAT PB
Workout - 40 grams of an intra workout carb source
Meal 4 - 8 oz beef, Poultry or Fish, 8 oz (cooked weight) rice, sweet potato or white potato, 2 oz avocado, 1 cup broccoli
Meal 5 - 1.5 scoops whey, 1 tbsp nat PB…

Weigh myself Monday and Friday, pictures monthly, cardio 3x week for 30 min @ Target heart rate on non training days

I think I died and went to hell
 
It’s fine I don’t mind cooking when I’m off. Bring back the chicken Parma and other stuff. Honestly she won’t let me do it often
