September 22nd edition of diets and training

Good afternoon all.Breakfast was MCd’s egg mcmuffins(4) oj, banana n water.lunch was two roast beef n swiss on whole wheat bread, Lett n tomato, grapes,a glass bottle of Coca-Cola,(so much better in a bottle of glass) Dinner I’m not sure of.At work right now til around 1600.Think I’m gonna have my dad over for some beers and a joint,with a side of steak.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Training shoulders tonight. I had some pot roast and potatoes for breakfast. Grilled chicken on a wrap. Yogurt, cottage cheese and some almonds. Top round and broccoli. Protein shake with a banana
 
On duty today so no training just cardio.
Ground chicken meatballs, ground venison rice and veggies today. I’ll have salmon and potatoes with broccoli rabe tonight
 
We got 2” of rain already… sposed to get worse

We got today overnight through tomorrow. It’s supposed to be nice here Sunday. It’s dropping some water for sure. Fairly windy with some big gusts. No crazy wind yet.
 
Had some spynx chicken tenders. I’m pretty sure they cut breast in half for them. Doing some shoulders maxed my ohp only got 315 went for 335 and got stuck. I think 3 months on it if get it to 400’s easy as it’s more just being comfortable with postion than weight itself
 
Just sitting here today contemplating my next goals and my great loss of strength over the last couple years.

I’m considering making my squat goal 405…which is your ohp goal. Hahaha

Shall see what coach has in store for my off-season. Get my new block Sunday. Then new log for me as well
 
I mean next meet depends on where nationals are. If they are far I’ll do a bother small meet then north americas next oct as it’s in Charlotte I believe
