Good morning.its raining again,so no work for me.Been in my place almost a month and still haven’t bought a TV,except for sports I don’t watch a lot,but it’s time.Gotta do a bunch a shit to do today.Breakfast was leftover chicken salad,plain bagel,water,weed,and coffee.Not sure about lunch or dinner.Gym membership…Today I am grateful that I get to spend time with my daughter tomorrow at her game,and then again on Sunday.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.

Well not sure what I’ll eat dad cooked whole
Chciken the other day and has been sick all day yesterday and some
Today. May have not cooked it through. So I’ll go grocery shopping have press day. Honeslty don’t feel like doing gym much. My date got canceled and I’m just feeling horrible.
 
Trained shoulders. So far I’ve only had a protein shake. Going over my girlfriend’s for dinner and she’s making French onion soup…which I love but I’m like what else lol. Definitely going to make something before I go there but who knows what
 
Today had cottage cheese and coffee for breakfast
Lunch was guacamole with a few tortilla chips
Not sure about dinner. My workout today was cutting up big brush and little trees and hauling it.

Dog look high. Like he could eat a pile of pierogies

Rained like crazy all day.
Trained chest and delts today now I’m on duty for a 38 hr shift
 
Lol. No. When I was signing up and creating my profile here on UGM. I didn’t want to use my real name and he was a puppy sitting on my lap and I was thinking what should my fake name be and said rusty sounds good. So I named myself after my dog. 🤣🤣😂😂
