Little less then a half cup oats; one tbsp pb; one scoop whey isolate; two scoops collagen peptides. Plus 3 cups of coffee

No training. Working on oldest granddaughters hope chest for Christmas present.

Got up at 4:30. Son requested smoked chicken and Mac n cheese for lunch. He is still at hospital from his last and final Chemo treatment wooooooooooo!!!

He having nerve and bone pain so he’s on special meds plus blood counts are low still but creeping up slowly. Went to work on a house at 6 am got my half day in already got home took chicken off smoker and ready to roll. Didn’t eat yet haven’t had time but had me two cups coffee. Wife gonna make garlic rice and eggs now.

Publix 8 piece maybe pizza for ppv start doing better diet Tuesday so all the junk this weekend
 
3/4 cups oats with 1 cup of fairlife 2%, 2 tbsp of raisins. 2 pieces of toast with tbsp of butter. 1 scoop of whey with almond milk. 1 cup of egg whites. 1/2 off cottage cheese with 12 crackers. 1 pack of triple zero yogurt. 6.5 oz of chicken salad made with Greek yogurt instead of mayo on an everything bagel. 6.5 oz pork loin with 12 oz of mashed potatoes. Another scoop of whey and almond milk. I’ll eat this until Friday. Then prep something else.
