Spring Cut, Primo, and Dosage Recommendation

Currently working my way back to fully training again after a year dealing with a full Patella Tear and two Torn Rotator Cuffs. I have put on a solid 10 pounds in the past 3 months and currently walk around at 208 at 12.5% bf.

Current TRT protocol is 175mg Pharma Test, supplemented with 105mg Nandrolone (+/- 2:1 ratio) for joints and recovery.

I would like to add Primo in but I am unsure as to dosage and length. I was thinking 1:1 with Test at 20 weeks. The goal is to cut down to +/- 200lb and lean out for summer. I am a high aromatizer and I am also trying to get away from using AI’s anymore…so i’m thinking Primo may help with running a little higher Test a bit too.

(Note: orals seem to be a no-go for me b/c my liver/SHBG numbers seem to be fucked when I am on them or i would use Var or Winny b/c they gave me great results)

Would this be a good protocol for this goal?

I’d start the primo at 400.
Mast will help with estrogen also

Yep price and counterfeits keeps me from trying also I like the harsh stuff haha

Agree with other that Kad stated. You’re on Test and Nandro already. You could run Mast E at 400/week affordably and get great results with the Nandro/Test you’re already running.

I think it more that you like the string and harsh shit, not that it may be counterfeit.

Shit, that’s some $$ right there at 600/week. Grabbing some for wife though, since @Kad1 and @MBTJR1980 says it will do wonders at 100/week with VAR for her, since she’s cutting a shit ton of calories from her maintenance right now.

She makes me sick with her shoulders and traps though. She can brush her teeth and her damn traps and shoulders grow.

I don’t think Mast E would work well for me b/c my SHBG are in the single digits (which makes your liver work overtime to get rid of Androgens) and Mast E seem to have a high affinity for it.

Damn it! It sucks, doesn’t it. I chalk it up to the years that she did crew. Even though I know it’s fricken genetics. Keeps me on my toes though, because she’s pretty competitive and probably the best gym partner I’ve ever had. Couldn’t get her to run way back in the day, when I was one of those crazy runners, but now I see why after not doing it for so many years. 😂
