Starting a cycle now

After researching and asking questions I am going to start and oral supplement that will be simple and definitive added to my TRT. Turinabol for 6 weeks. I have established a stable diet with a 2200 cal daily goal and a workout program along with a trainer that will keep me on this path.
I admire that regiments that people are using to reach their goals. It can be complexed but the results you have shared is encouraging.
 
I look forward to seeing your results and hearing about your progress. What dosage are you planning on running the tbol and just curious what your trt amount is?
 
You are such am amazing encouragement. I have my TRT compounded by a pharmacy for SQ injections. I was at 0.5 ml which is 50 mg twice a week but by lab values were in the lower half of normal. So now I take 0.7 which totals 150 / wk I inject right anterior hip where the nerves are less sensitive and I don’t feel a thing. I have been an ICU nurse for 40 years and have needles. Anyway I will have labs checked at the end of the year.Now I started Turinabol 10 mg twice a day. One first thing in the morning and the second does about 4 pm so it does not affect my sleep. I just started so I am little energetic with my workouts because I am looking for results with good effort. This will be a 6 week cycle.
A side note I pulled a groin doing squats. I was with my trainer and I was only doing 100 pounds but squatted low with thighs parallel to the floor. Have been doing box squats for a year. So Ibuprofen for now

Just wondering but why did you chose t bol? Just curious never used it heard it is like dbol without the water bloat. Ready to see the results myself bud I’m sure you will get a lot from it.
 
I am a nurse and know how things can go sideways. First it is oral, second simple: twice a day. 3rd, side effects minimal if any. Goal. to add 15 -20 pounds of muscle if I follow the plan. I was a bullied skinny kid and I work daily to change that vision in my head. I have someone with experience who is tracking me and will keep me monitored. In December I am going to Palm Springs for 10 days and my treat to myself is to book a trainer for 4 days. The one I have in mind is a former champion and built amazing. I am going to face my fears and trust him to teach my head more than just my body. I am intimifated by those big ones that look like they popped of a magazine but I want to learn from the best and make new friends . So far I have met some nice guys at the gym.
