Hey fellas been away a few days no worries. Been real busy.

Finally met with president of company and he likes our concept. He told me to write up a proposal and we will start negotiating. I really think it is time for this change in my life. Really excited about it.
 
Missed you brothers. Happy to be back on. Told them I needed a company truck and they laughed and said it’s tough to find trucks rn. I said if you want customers and recruits and GM to take me seriously I cannot pull up in a mini van. Lol.
 
Nope selling mine and taking the highest field position they have available. I think this will give me more structure. Which for an addict should be a good thing. Plus I won’t be taking much of a paucity when I figure in benefits
 
I thought you were already working for company doing contractor work I must have missed somethings when high
 
I am the contractor working for a bigger contractor. I own a very very small but specialized SCorporation so I am considered an employee of the Corp legally for tax purposes. But I am tired of the stress of being an owner operator and the ups and downs financially of being a small company. I’m either rich or broke. It’s a roller coaster ride. This company does a lot of hospital and medical stuff and they hired us to help with a big hospital that’s new. They have more work then employees and need to grow in my area but don’t have anyone with my lead ship experience to train other leaders to manage their customers in my area so the want to buy me out and have me help them grow in my area. I like the idea a lot. Plus I’d get company vehicle gas card and hopefully a big chunk of change up front. And I’d be doing the same thing I am now just with more support. Be a wee bit of a pay cut but if they pay me enough upfront I can sink it into mutual funds and make up the difference in interest plus have a nicer retirement someday

What ever you do make sur3 they don’t know that lol. You might have to play hard ball and at least seem like you’re walking away from the deal to get the best deal.
 
That’s a good idea. Kinda like buying a used car. Everytime you try to leave they give you a better price.
 
Yes absolutely if you appear to be too anxious to make a deal you’ll get fucked. A good business man will see you coming from a mile away.
 
Ya I am a bit on the honest side. Everyone pretty much knows everything about me good bad and ugly. But the president is Polish and did mention we make a shit ton of homages pierogies every year. Hahaha
