Steroidify Touchdown/ enquiry issue (wrong gear in box)

Hello I received my order and there was trenbolone in a Deca box, I ordered Deca I never ordered tren. Reference pictures.

The syringes I ordered said they came with needless and there are none.
Otherwise everything went smoothly. Ordered June 16 and received July 16. It is a little concerning receiving items mislabeled or in the wrong box. I don’t really want to post a TD pic or post a review until we can find a sensible resolution.
