Urine Test
LC-MS/GC-MS testing (very accurate)
Adrenal, Sex Hormones, & Stress Markers

I haven’t seen anything on the market for at home use as complete, accurate and thorough as this.

Sidenote - It does not test serum hormone levels but they claim that the urine test is an accurate representation of the systemic bio-available hormones as it relates to other types of test.

Totally agree.

I know there are some on here that don’t live close to testing centers and/or need at good home options (especially if they are running multiple compounds that could skew the results). This is definitely the best if I’ve seen for those folks.

Continuing this dive…

“So one of the main takeaways I hope people leave with today is that there’s no wrong way to test hormones, but there are certain pros and cons of each method, and we simply need to be aware of those so that we can choose the medium that’s most appropriate for the given situation.”

Serum/Blood = Shows a Snaphot in time
Saliva = Shows biologically active portion of Hormones
Urine = Shows how body is metabolizing over a period of time

I emailed the company to ask the following question to confirm:

“I have had issues with Nandrolone artificially increasing my Testosterone totals. I see Dutch utilizing mass spectrometry testing. Will a urine sample that utilizes your testing methods be able to accurately test Testosterone without being influenced by other androgens in the system?”

Their Response:

"Our test measures testosterone glucuronide, and will not be influenced by synthetic androgens. However, some people do not metabolize their testosterone into testosterone glucuronide. Therefore if you first test urine and your urine levels are low, you must check a serum value. You can also have your doctor order a serum total testosterone that is measured with LC-MS/MS instruments and would not show nandrolone or other synthetic androgens. Most people do excrete their testosterone into urine, but some people don’t therefore it is good to be aware that a low urinary testosterone may not be reflecting serum levels. "
