Testosterone And Blood Sugar

Good read. Sounds like eating crappy causes the pancreas to have to work harder which causes it to slowly shut down overtime leading to diabetes. My take on this is eat clean and take care of my body and pancreas so these things don’t become an issue. Low test is already an issue for me and I already have to take test for life as it is. So I would only be adding to my issues and compounding them with other issues. Eat clean, live longer, live happier. And of course alcohol probably the dirtiest thing I could put in my body regarding these topics. So sobriety would be the number one thing for me to avoid these things.

Good read.

High blood sugar levels not only damage the blood vessels and nerve endings in your penis, but they also limit healthy blood flow.

And if that quote doesn’t scare you away from sugar I don’t what will 😂😂 😂

At the very least annual comprehensive fasted labs.

Twice a year as you get into your 50’s or have odd markers at any age.

Or more if you’re ingesting larger quantities of peds…

It’s not just sugar brother. It’s carbs also. In a nutshell basic explanation…Your body will convert carbs to sugars for fuel for activities and body functions. It will store ynused fuel. If your body is not processing the sugar properly… it floats around in your blood stream doing all kinds of nasty damage.

Man I was sitting at fire with my exes ex beast friend yesterday and he recently quit weed 5 months ago and we were
Talking about seeing things from the outside and how different life is and how good it can be with not trying for be fucked up all the time. He still drinks too much but I think he is slowly seeing that isn’t the best either. It’s nice I wanted to talk yo him so many times about wasting opportunities and what not by constanly wanting to party and not live

Can’t ever remember a time when I reflected back and thought “man it was so much better being drunk”.

If I counted all the money just spent on lawyers and fines and insurance increases we are already approaching 100k having 3 DUIs. If we include the money spent on drinks and foolishness. Now I have a very nice home paid in full. Oh well. Can’t change the past but hopefully change the future for my kids. They lived through it all so hopefully they learned by watching my dumb ass. BTW. I just found an unopened bottle of some really strong liquor in garage while looking for my nitril gloves. Didn’t hesitate. Straight to the sink and dumped that mother out before I had a chance to have second thoughts.

I still look back and know I had a
Good time now the first relaspe and and after not favorable everything before that all they way up untill the about the last 4-5 months

If you’re ingesting and PED’s I say every 3 months.

Get labs early in life for a health baseline so you can see when things start to deviate and take action EARLY.

If anyone is questioning their alcohol choices check out Huberman’s podcast on alcohol.

If anyone is questioning their habitual weed usage check out Dr. Amen’s brain imagine study on the long term effects of THC.

Stay healthy my friends!
