I started training back in 1976 when the AAU was king of amateur bodybuilding and trained for several years entering natural shows which were big back then. A lot of water has gone over the dam since then and where I am from got to see the NPC from its beginning to what it is today. I had a front row seat from the end of the Golden Era to what our sport has come to today! I hope you all realize how lucky we are to have sites like this and a brotherhood who are willing to share their knowledge and experience both good and bad so we can get the most out of this sport of sculpting our bodies!
