They're going to come back with a vengeance. USAID for example trump can get rid of by executive order because it was created by executive order. He won't because the amount of money going to Israel from there. Non of those funds were stopped.

The deals hes making with Netanyahu for hotels in Gaza will probably come back to find him charged again after he's out.

They won't get rid of IRS cause that cuts the funds as well for the billions it gives his buddies yearly. I think when Dems get in they'll go harder on taxes and ensure a system where USAID kickbacks/funds can't be stopped without congressional approval.

I think he's doing more harm to the party then good and if Dems are smart enough they'll pull it off easily and win over majority of public and international support. While conservatives and independents are happy about Ukraine issue they're not happy giving everything instead in Israel.

See this shows how stupid you are because Trump isn't doing that. At the time of the post Trump should have shut down USAID completely. He was refusing to do that, and only shutting down democrat contract.

Now the reason he wasn't doing so is a lot of money was being sent to Israel from USAID as well. Those contracts never stopped. Now in the last couple days he's moving those programs under the state department so they can continue and then dissolve USAID.

As Trump himself said he's the most Israel friendly president in history. He's also willing to get us into war with Iran and back in the middle east for Israel. Houthis wasnt attacking US to attack them. Israel blocked the aid to Gaza thru the strip and they attack them there and any weapons sent to Israel thru there. Those commercial ships were leaving military docks. They've been open about if Israel let's the aid supplies to Gaza back then they stop. Same bs with Iran cause Netanyahu wants us to go to war with them as well since 1995.

Trump and Kushner will get resorts in Gaza is why they want it. So we pay for the money to Israel, we will pay for construction of rebuilding Gaza and under Kushner they get resorts. That's America first to you?

Example… very real and I am living it as a contractor that produces a tangible product you can see hold read use. Bringing everyone from teleworking back into the office has cost the taxpayers untold millions. There’s not enough office space in most cases and having folks hot seat telework 50/50 was working. Bringing everyone in costs aprox $20k per seat… not including millions the gov pays to rent a building and set it up with proper security. It goes on from there and gets uglier. The news is not reporting that.

I/we were getting zero tax breaks for working from home. Keyboard mouse desk internet 3 monitors were from my pocket. Didn’t mind. Saved gas and quality of life was great.

I am mature enough to not bitch and moan about it. I can quit. Just ridiculous how little the general public is being told.

Like I said…Ive been neck deep in the fed gov for a very long time in one capacity or another. I’ve never been a paper shuffler (@Neuro knows what I do). I can only comment on what I know and take zero credence in what the government posts anywhere. It’s been my experience that the fed gov gets it wrong most of the time intentionally or accidentally… can’t call it.

I am aware of Clintons and obamas initiatives to streamline the gov… im also aware that it does indeed need overhaul. The government has been bloated corrupt and inefficient for a very long time. Way before my time. My big problem is streamlining with a hammer when a fly swatter would have sufficed. Broad slaps never seem to work. Most of the general population doesn’t understand how it works. Example: most outsiders think you can’t fire a gov employee. That is untrue. I’m (personally) aware of approximately 1k folks who have been fired over the decades and that’s just in my little corner of the gov. There’s way more fed laws giving managers the right to fire employees than there are employees rights.

Musk is a smart guy no doubt and probably is a good person to tap for changing the business model and save us some tax money. The intangible thing is human nature. Cut this or cut that… depends on opinions. What do you cut? What is waste and frivolous spending to some is necessary to others.

Lots of warmongers like big unchecked dod spending and “lets blow em up” but have never served in the military.

Lots of folks want big buck giveaways to illegals and other 3rd world countries but wouldn’t cross the street to give someone in need a buck.

Here’s another example: doge cuts another contract worth 9 billion taxpayer dollars… what is not reported is…5 billion has already been spent and there’s a clause that pays out the remaining balance if the contract is terminated for any reason. That holds up in court… been involved in that too. Been at the table with some gunslinging lawyers.
