Mannn nothing more satisfying than completely obliterating your legs. Idc what anybody says, from here on out belt squats are going to be my main driver. Nothing hits my legs like they do without causing pain anywhere else. I love it. Now time for a high carb refeed meal to pump some nutrients into these bad boys

I feel like I’m really dialed in on my training and making really good connections with my muscles which has been a problem for me prior so super happy about that. Been killing my workouts lately and feeling great! I think that carb load meal last night went to good use between legs yesterday and push today! Couldn’t decide which pose I liked better so I’ll post both

got caught up yesterday with family stuff so I missed my pull workout so today just kind of hit a mixture of delts and back. Ended up being a solid workout!

Arms/ legs ✅
Pretty good session. Didn’t go to my usual gym for this day because I’ve decided to drop hack squats for now the pain is definitely out weighing the gain there. Got to train smart. Swapped them for leg presses with my feet low and heels together toes pointed out and it felt great I really liked it. Other than that just checking boxes

Check ins from today. Legs are starting to separate may actually shave them at some point to actually see what they look like 🤣 down 1.3 lbs this week so still moving right along.

Been there done that, now I’m getting “fat” again part of the process. Not fat but bodybuilding fat 😂
I love high carbs and heavy workouts lol. But yes it is part of the process the leaner you get the better you grow. This is the leanest I’ve ever been

Same, got the leanest I’ve ever been started my growth phase. Each time I get leaner then the last. Being lean is fun but moving weight is more fun 😆
 
Leg day baby! 2 high carb meals back to back nights pumping it all into these legs! Still holding lots of fat in my legs but definitely seeing some promising results showing up slowly but surely.
Adductors 3 sets
Belt squat 3 sets
Leg press 3 sets
Leg curls 3 sets
Leg extensions 3 sets
Calves 5 sets
Finished with some weighted lunges
