Been without a functional kitchen most the summer so hard to track macros when eating premodern or restaurant food. Nothing tasted better then first home cooked meal last night first in a long time besides some smoked meat

Chicken Tinola and coconut milk fish and shrimp.

Breakfast this morning will be oatmeal and Greek yogurt.
