TNE post workout v pre?

The recovery response to resistance exercise, with regards to hormones, pretty complex and the bodies response is dependent upon about 20+ input signals. The rebuilding and remodeling process usually takes 24-72 hours in most people. Just off the top of my head, if already maintaining stable levels of testosterone, I don’t see how TNE would be of much benefit for recovery as its presence will disappear well within that 24-72 hour window.

Since you have exogenous test in your system already the body will not be responding with an increase in testosterone bc it’s stopped making its own. So I don’t think it’s really kickstarting anything? I’ve never heard this use of TNE. so I’m just throwing my 0.2 off the top of my head accepting I’ve never looked into the use of TNE as a recovery tool.

I believe it’s a great article. BUT someone like me needs a night class at the local community college for 3 months to study it…with a very good instructor.
