So my day is going like yesterday, slow,sitting on my ass in a blind with no dinner in sight.1 deer was seen yesterday with 18 pairs of eyeballs scattered on the side of the mountain.And yet we sit again.I was last man off the mountain yesterday,First In Last Out,besides my dad,everyone else drags ass.Nothin motivates me more,then to be able to kill something,but I’m bored as shit. I Got hot chocolate,chic noodle soup,turkey n cheese,oyster crackers,buttered roll,yes I am using butter,I never use that,pound cake,a bananna,a apple,poptarts,water, 8 oz pepsi,Capri sun.10 rounds of 30-30,baby wipes
,napkins,paper towels,weed,duct tape,zip ties,extra hat,gloves,socks,battery charger for phone,a radio to listen to other guys with radios that are hunting,binos,eye drops,Rem oil,that’s most my Gear I think

2 eggs + 100gr of egg whites
1/2 cup of oatmeal
5oz. Of lean beef. 93/7 ground beef patty

Workout today around 6 pm after running around.

Rest day. So far I’ve had a bacon cheese sandwich, Hershey’s chocolate bar, veggie chips, sausage cream cheese croissants, Twix. In a little bit I’m going to McDonald’s for 3 plain mcchickens, large fry, 2 apple pies, and a milk shake.
I’ll probably snack on random stuff and finish off the day with a large cheese pizza and a dozen donuts
 
And I’m a pretty free and open eater,but I got my limits,it hit 30 degrees yay.
 
Yeah buddy. It’s usually every 7-14 days. Largely depends on how I’m progressing with fatloss and how long it takes me to return to baseline. Once I get extremely lean ill usually do away with the day and do a timed feeding every 3-5 days. Nothing is completely set in stone but ideally this is how it will be done. I don’t set a arbitrary goal of a certain bf%, amount of days or weight. I stay in the fat loss phase until my fattest body part is shredded.
