Today’s edition of, what’s for lunch?

I’m due for shrimp, we always have a big bag in the freezer,I could go for some on a stick with stuff on the Bbq now
 
Didn’t eat nearly enough today. Yet at least. Wife made dinner. Lobster filled ravioli and portables filled ravioli with shrimp and Cajun Alfredo sauce. Only had one helping and feel full. Damn tasty though. It’s gonna suck June 6 when I start eating right again. Also have strawberry shortcake for dessert but gonna wait until my appetite is back.
 
I feel that as well. It’s almost like my body doesn’t want to eat when it’s already hot. I used to eat maybe twice a day during summer and
Somehow would put on weight. Then again craft beer would still go down easily and that has shit ton of calories
 
I’ve read the body not requiring as much energy on keeping warm will focus more on hydration side of things. All I know is thirsty yes hungry no so that makes sense. Now at night when it cools I can tend to throw down some ahit in cake hole so maybe working thirds will help with me getting my food intake In
 
Protein shake for lunch, one for snack and if I am lucky I can stuff something down for dinner. Not the healthiest, but shit, I am just trying to get through the fucking day.
 
Today I had 3 slices of bacon 3 eggs two pieces of bread slice of cheese abs glass of milk for breakfast. Hour later pbj sandwich. Post workout shake and I just finished second 6 oz breast and 4oz rice got one more to go
