7oz chicken. A mix of kabob and regular grilled
2 oz rice
Some greens and him are broccoli slaw

Just got back from catered going away luncheon at office … fried chicken and pork barbecue. I didn’t have any hush puppies or beans…

I usually only eat their breakfast. Everything else is too fatty.

I’ll eat 17 honey butter chicken biscuits though.
