Trollus labs back need input

Well finally got labs back. Everything looks good to me. I realized I didn’t get my lipid panel. I’ll do that next time around also need psa. I assume my lipids are off. Still supplementing with fish oil and Metamucil.calcium is low. I dropped dairy for the most part during the cut. What do y’all think. ?

Well trt plus 200 deca per week. So really a high cruise.

Yup I’ll schedule donation next week probably. They keep asking for platelets but that’s honestly an hour and a half commitment. I’ll do double red. They love my blood for some reason.
