Does anyone use a multi dose vial adaptors?

They look fantastic for premixing your cocktail in a sterile vial and filling a luer lock syringe once instead of 2,3,4 times with different compounds.

I just I don’t premix anything do it right before shot so doubt this would be of use to me

So like does he have a typewriter rigged up to a computer as a workaround, oooor???

Look like you’re leaving the rubber stopper open to air. The rubber stopper in the vial is designed to be multi-use while preventing contamination.

If there’s a lid to the leur lock opening I’d say it’s worth it. But even then you’d want a new end cap after every use.

Then it would be good for pre-loading only what you premix into the vial to avoid open air….

But i guess you could screw a syringe on between uses and that would block the air as well?

That’s literally what I just logged back in to say. If you wipe down with alcohol and put a new syringe back on you should be good.

vial adapters are not needed to premix anything.
Which, among other things, I do not recommend doing for various reasons.

it is designed to not have to use the 18-20 g needles to extract the compound so as to have less “waste” of resources.

I have tried it in the past.
I honestly find myself safer and more sterile using needles.
it can be useful… yes.
Try it and see how you get on.

I am curious….For what reasons are you against premixing compounds into syringes for the week?

In my case I weekly premix/preload 7 syringes of Test, NPP, and Primo for my daily injections.

I didn’t premix but I would preload up syringes with cyp. Maybe 6 enough for 3 weeks or so. The plunger rubber started to deteriorate sometimes and I quit.

The network has been selling these, and offering them with bundle deals off and on for just over a decade now.
Recently we have decided to go back into the market with potentially adding these to all orders once again.
We suspended this during COVID when supply chains were a bit problematic.

But once again they will be fully available with each and every single order for our customers, as a free gift with all orders that exceed $200 domestically…
