Hi all. No gym,but I did work all day.breakfast was a cheese steak,American cheese,lots of pepper on a whole wheat roll,peach chobani,banana,water and coffee.The homeowner bought us lunch mine was a chic parm sandwhich,hoagie roll,a side salad,balsamic dressing,water. 1st dinner is about to happen,4 dz little neck,calamari,another salad, 3 beers. Second dinner will be half can chic peas,2 chic breasts,on top stove avocado oil,n hot sauce water.
Tomorrow I'm gonna hike n trout fish try to catch my dinner,make grilled trout,garlic n butter risotto,and a salad,IF I catch any,if not,my whole dinner plans will change.Hope everyone is making the most of their weekend.
 
Work tonight. Woke up and did cardio. Itching to get some of this weight off.

Ground beef, rice, pickles, sweet potatoes with thousand island dressing. Bagels. Couple protein and carb powder shakes. A pack of pop tarts. An orange. A kiwi. Greek yogurt. I gotta bring my whole damn fridge to work.
