What body part do you least train, by no direct targeting movements?

Just curious on who else slacks in some areas?!?!

For myself lower back and forearms… Meh, abs too…
 
I have to do lower back after having a disk injury. It’s important to strength the abs and lower back equally.
For me, all I do for forearms is hammer curls. My forearms get huge when I do heavy AAS doses. On my little dose I’m on now they aren’t as big as I would like them to be.
I train everything consistently though.
