What is your pre workout meal

Here is my preworkout meal I consume 90 minutes prior to training. 8oz dry measured rice noodles and 6oz lean ground beef. It’s a lot of food

I’ve been intermittent fasting so no pre workout food lately. Generally it would of been apples or banana with egg whites. Nothing heavy

It changes but it’s around 1200 calories or so no matter what it is
 
Twice a week I work out at 5 am on a fist full of gummy bears, and twice a week I work out on 2 cups of rice crispy’s and a protein shake made with chocolate milk, egg whites and whey
 
I eat whatever meal is on deck . The only one I’ll swap out is 8oz cod before legs
 
THis week has been hash browns, 4 eggs, and protein shake. Not usually my preworkout meal though as i have been training in the morning. Usually it is 300g jasmine rice and 6oz of chicken or ground beef
