Twice a week I work out at 5 am on a fist full of gummy bears, and twice a week I work out on 2 cups of rice crispy’s and a protein shake made with chocolate milk, egg whites and whey
THis week has been hash browns, 4 eggs, and protein shake. Not usually my preworkout meal though as i have been training in the morning. Usually it is 300g jasmine rice and 6oz of chicken or ground beef
