What’s everyone’s go-to for lab work? Getting ready to do my first cycle in a long time in a month or so and I want to do it right. I’ll have labs done next week with my doc who prescribes my TRT but I would like to continue every couple weeks throughout my cycle.

Easiest/cheapest way without having to answer a lot of questions at my doctors office?

Thanks

Be honest with your doc. If they won’t or say it against their oath. Find a different doctor it’s easier that way. Plus if something goes south on a program you need med support. Just sayin. 🤷‍♂️

That’s a good point… tbh it hadn’t occurred to me that I could get a doc on board with it.

Would probably save me a ton of cash by having my insurance pay for the labs too.

I get quarterly (at least) thru pcp for various reasons, diabetes being one…insurance covers them. I get annual labs from trt (my urologist) also thru insurance.

I get pretty good coverage on everything that way.

Yeah i cut out my trt “supplements” a month or so prior to my trt labs. My doc would have kittens if I was over a grand.

I tell people picking a doc is their interview to take you on as a “paying” client. Most are reasonable and will help you. I mean they won’t give you test unless your on TRT. But since Test in the US is a class III drug, they will be leery to keep you on TRT if your dropping a gram of test a week. If you just go in for health checks and blood work they are more open to help. If you blast and cruise, they will stop you TRT sometimes. Just got to know how to ask and be willing to tell the truth. 🤷‍♂️
