When I can tell my estrogen is in good place

When my estrogen hits mid 60s which is where I love it I get random boners for no reason. I can be on a construction site surrounded by dudes and bam full on boner usually last ten or so minutes. I am also horny all the time and when I nut the feeling is sensational and lasts longer then normal.

I don’t understand why some folks like to keep their estrogen low. Aside from the random boners in peculiar places it’s awesome.

Only reason is cardiovascular preexisting issues or gyno prone outside of that the 60s are my target also until bp starts to rise then a couple of exemestane handles that

Aromasin doesn’t mess with my bp like arimedex does I like aro but hard to fail in for me unless on cycle I like my estrogen on high side too I get lean and harder looking when it’s around 30 but I hurt joints kill me and feel like butthole
