Sorry, @johnjuanb1 I went m.i.a. My Dr’s mysteriously found 3 of my vertebraes collapsed.
Had to have kyphoplasty surgery and was out of the gym for 9months. What happened to flash? I was a big fan. I went on recently to order and saw the site was gone… I’ll check archives…
