I split up my high volume days and strength focused days. However, no matter which day it is for me it’s high intensity. My focus lately has been getting my upper back, hams and quads caught up with the rest of me. My deads are currently plateued at 335lbs and I’d like to get that to 405lbs soon. My squats are behind my deads, because I focused hard on deads last year. So, I need to bring in that gap. Bench is coming along steadily.
