Just curious to see if anyone here has ever done a Spartan competition or what they call it tough mudder? I do know we all work out and lift weights sometime some of us look to compete just to see where we are I recently was asked to participate in one but a lot of people just talk about it...
For me the pump is when I feel that 🔥 burn thatsbwhen I know I’m cashing in on my gains…if your counting to 12 or 10 your cheating yourself it’s not about numbers let your muscles Motivate if your gonna keep movin
The warm up should always be in a High range 20 to 25…with The first set should also begin high volume
The pyramid backwards adding additional weight if your a beast yiubdonall sets all weights all 20…get those gains
I do step ups with a weight vest each leg
Front lunge reverse lunge Alternating legs your limit
Squat holding Kettle bell into shoulder raises
Plank position knee to chest hit some push ups while you are their
Machine standing Lateral raises for outside your leg
And inside your leg inner thigh...
