3x6 paused squats 405
Standing leg curls 120 3x20
Seated leg press which is closer to hack 3x12-310.
Now jersey mikes Italian
arms worked up to 380 for 5 then hit 315 for 12 with better form on jms
Then just pump work for the rest of workout what ever was open I tried to hit no rhyme
Or reasons that abs I was trying to help everywoman in here with their lifts haha tren is goig strong
Shoulder day feel so much better after taking xtane this morning energy was low. Holding all the water still but minday if I’m back to around 286 on empty stomach I’ll be happy
Well got the confidence of tren but they put me in both by myself to do rework tonight. Not great to be alone with thoughts in quite room I had a cry thinking of tosu player that just retired from being suicidal. It had me thinking about how I’m at work on Friday night and thinking of working tomorrow through next Sunday cuase I don’t have anything to do on my off days. That kind of depresses me. It was gray being home and actually having social life for weekend. Now I’m back to work gym sleep. It’s not a bad thing but It worries me illl relapse back to ex just for company and that’s not a good idea.
Friends filmed my dead’s todY so I can see where to improve. Didn’t get the 725 on stiffer bar but I got off floor then tried to sldl it. Need to keep back tighter and pull closer to legs
