I don’t have favorites. Man I feel strong today. Although when I warm
Up with a315 and below and try to explode off chest it feels like I got to catch bar and it hurts elbows when I hit top
 
That was my take away as well I also was doing loser to comp pause on reps I didn’t feel
Like my triceps were tired but when that am hammie cramp hits body shits sdown. I’m not really getting arch perse but I’m doig. Better with set up I’ll get behind bar move feet back then swing on to traps. Keeps me tight. Best I can do with out the push down guy haha

Yes good thing my 90 pack of liquid ivs came today I’m May have to up to three a day with it getting hotter my god am I strong minus cramping today. Deload was good for the body
 
Todays work out chest day
Bench tops set 495-4.5 first rep with comp pause then light touch drop set 455 for 5
Hammer incline 3x8-4p25ps
Lat raise ss 3x20-65/10 goig up to 15 next week
Machine flys 3x12-305
Decline 2x12-90
Dip pad push down 2x12-15-190

And I think the 20 ug of clen for breathing help wither tren experiment is over the cramping today has been horrible even with liquid ivs. I’ll just get cardarine and hope that helps the last 8 weeks of cycle
 
Thanks regretting that bicep session tody. My forearms are already screaming on squats. May go ahead drop that cash on squat bar for gym today

Brother you are kicking some serious ass!!! Not sure if your eating any but honestly don’t wanna know hahahaha. Keep your pace. You are getting further then you expected without injury. Just focus on your max at reps of two or three. Don’t push reps of one. Not yet. Like you said no injuries. Can’t wait for your meet!!! Again like I said before if I can afford it. I really wanna be there to support team tarts. My kid has been following also. If he feels up to it I know he will wanna be there also.
