Hi all.no work,starting a job tomorrow that will take til Thursday.No gym today. Gonna do gardening shit,so far I got 6 cucumbers,6 Roma tomatoes,4 parsleys,and 3 lillies,the bulbs i started in water,veggies started from seed,their still indoors.Breakfast= 4 eggs over easy,4 turkey sausage,2 pieces toast,chobani,strawberries,water.
Lunch=12 oz fkank steak,2 cups basmati,a salad with,iceberg,tomatoes,carrots,walnuts,dried cranberries,croutons,2 cut up HB eggs,little bit of ranch,cranberry juice.
1st dinner= whatever my daughter picks,so it will probably be Thai food or KFC.
2nd dinner=something.
Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Suns out for the first time in weeks and I'm sitting at work. Hoping to hit some some chest later but being international chest day I may have to do something else. Meals for the week will be 3 eggs, turkey sausage and toast. Yogurt, almonds and granola. Ground sirloin on a potato with cheese. Teriyaki chicken and rice. Protein shake with a banana.
 
I have been dicking off with my diet. Only the last couple of days though. I guess with the lack of gym for the next couple of weeks I'm like fuck it. Shit gives me anxiety though so now I'm back to eating clean or cleaner. I at least want to get my protein intake in. What you see here is two servings of grits and 4 whole eggs. breakfast .I'm currently eating a chicken breast and some rice. Have seven more breasts cooked and ready to go and a pot of rice on standby. No gym just worried about eating as of now

About to add some garlic chicken wings and french fries to the mix. Yep I'm still dicking off on my diet. IDGAF..... There's some protein on these tiny ass chicken wings, thank you.....mind ya' business......
