Went and did pull workout kind of enjoying not having a program just going in with focus on area and do what I feel. Almost deadlifted but I told myself I would do it till February so I’m sticking to it going to add to my try dose soon. Lcarinatine methylene blue blend I have see if I don’t feel like I’m on cycle hahah
So I got a different brand of nac and going to try and take half size the dose of before and see if I have better results with constipation. If not well I’ll just used it around my mdma use for a day or two to help with that. But I’m hoping that I’ll be alright and can take daily. Also plan on starting back on 20 mg of creatine daily again just really get my mind locked back in
Good news bad news. I missed the gym so far this week Monday I got off work and well I basically slept till Thursday. Not sure if flu but I had temp and it wasn’t Covid. Good news I’ve been taking 600 mg of nac And been able to go the bathroom so upping it to 1200 split twice daily and see if I can tolerate. Using caps not tablets same brand. Worst case it seems I’ll be able to take lower dose and maybe get soMe benefits
So I may go to upper lower split mon Tuesday Thursday Friday with cardio on Wednesday Saturday. My recovery just doesn’t feel as good on 6 days right now with my shitty sleep waking up at 5 am.
