YOUR GO TO PROTEINS

Hi all.So we all have our ways with the proteins we eat,at the same time,we all have our favorites,what's yours,and how much are you consuming in a average day?
In the morning I like waking up and inhaling a can of tuna with nothing in it,cept maybe hot sauce,or eating a whole cheese steak
from the deli on the way to work,and of course eggs or protein shake of course.
I will eat any kind of chicken and beef so their easy ones.Then there's chic peas,I can also eat cold,and right the can.I also love seafood a lot,Lots ahi ahi tuna steaks,crab legs,clams,scallops,the trout that I catch myself,shrimp etc.The only protein shake I've actually enjoy is made by ANIMAL,just plain old vanilla,maybe throw strawberries,banannas occasionally.When lifing I keep the proteins around 300-350 per day.i also hunt deer,and butcher them myself,eat a lot of venison,during hunting season,which in my state,our hunting season is almost 5 months long.
