MARCH 11TH ISSUE OF DIETS AND TRAINING.

Hi all.should be working,but my dad and I got into a argument last night about the job so I told him to piss off,amongst other things we told each other.
I lost my cool,and now I'm regretting it cause I need the money.we hardly ever argue. I started to do legs this morning,but couldn't get myself into,and quit after the 3rd set. Anyfuckinways,I didn't eat breakfast.
Lunch was tuna fish with mayo,chopped celery,and cayenne pepper,on top of English muffins,topped with tomato and mozzarella, 2 cups of chic peas.Not sure about 1st an 2nd dinner.Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Didn’t have enough meal prep
Meals so I had meat loaf and mash potatoes from cafeteria. They actualy have pretty good food for work place. Fried chicken daily that I maybe get once a month so far. Won’t have that issue when I go to seconds as there isn’t anybody working the kitchen at that time. Now I’m killing back
