The only true way to know how much to take is bloodwork and talking with a doctor. Even with AI people throw numbers but this is the only true way to know for sure.
Morning everyone had the same grub as usually however I made Brandon hardings pro cookie for tomorrows post workout with some slight adjustments and it looks pretty good. I’m excited to try it might be a new staple coming in at 45g protein and 400 calories.
Morning haven’t had breakfast yet on this fine Sunday. Going to have apple and Greek yogurt before hitting legs, cardio, and abs. Have a date intra and some English muffins with a whey frosting and cinnamon I’ll have after. Going to watch the new top gun today!
Agreed, they can be dangerous but I usually just put one or two and take them with me so I don’t overeat them. Can’t say I’ve noticed anything as far as health but they certainly taste good

Welcome, I typically don’t like BMI as a reference because most athletes will be ranked as overweight or obese because they have more muscle mass than the average. However it seems like you know what obstacles you have and diet and exercise will always be more important than supplementation

I started adrol to kickstart while some longer esters reached peak. Started at 50 and liked the boost but moving to 100 personally I just got high blood pressure. I never got lower back pumps or estrogen/prolactin issues from it

Had mashed sweet potato with isolate then hit legs abs and cardio. Had my cream of rice and blueberries. Going on an hour bike ride later with friends going to have a nice big chicken salad for dinner
