June 16th diets and training time

Morning all.Rained last night,so no work today.Gonna do tris in a bit.Breakfast was 2 bowls raisin bran,R1 shake,4 HB eggs,coffee and water.Its gonna be boring not sure what to do…Hope everyone has a smooth and productive day.
 
Worked all night and got force held for the day so lovely 34hr shift for me. But at least they pay me well.
Had my first piece of Salmon in weeks last night, was so good
 
Today I did 8 sets of each, dead lifts and standing calf raises.
I’ve had 2 protein oat shakes so far.
I may have a cheat meal for dinner, not sure yet: it’s been 6 days of clean dieting and I’m looking pretty flat.
 
Yes 13 grams in an 8oz piece compared to 1 gram in the same size piece of Cod
 
I’m eating chicken and rice 4 times today had bacon egg cheese and rice for breakfast
