Using this AI stuff is fun and exciting at the same time it's flawed. Definitely no direct emphasis on side delts or rear delts. Amongst a few other things... Needless to say I'll be adding some exercises to my routine.

Now that you mention it... Think I might take a second nap... I don't let it ride though. I set an alarm clock no more than an hour and a half. I think the days felt longer in California for sure. But ya man... Half the year already gone. There is never enough time in the day....
Totally agree. I definitely would not of maxed a rest day taking it on a work day as well. Already had a nap. Cleaned the place. And am currently lounging about to eat. Wanted to walk but it's rainy and windy. So I'll keep the focus on stretching which I was going to do anyways just minus the...

Well without any suggestions. I think I already talked myself into this one. A day off from bodybuilding isn't a day off at all if I work. Sunday it is. As it should be.....

Another key point is it is going to be 85 Wednesday. Rather do back and bis that day than legs which would fall next in line on Wednesday if I worked out tomorrow/Sunday .
