12 weeks ISO / Primo Cycle - Lab results

350mg /week ISO from @GearChurch
12.5mg Aromasin /2x week
20mg Nolvadex /1x week

E2 is low, but this was my first cycle post Gynecomastia surgery, so I was definitely playing it with caution.

Make sure you are increasing your water intake. Donate blood. Your panels look really good. Doing the above will lower your hemoglobin and hematocrit levels. Take baby aspirin or 81mg aspirin every day. Those test numbers are amazing!
If you are taking an AI I would back off of that for sure.

I’ll definitely drink more water and add in some baby aspirin, but thats all I drink already… lol. I dont do Soda anything. Thanks brother.

Throw in an occasional Gatorade in there to help water absorption and retention. need a bit of potassium in your regiment

Yes sir. Just like @TBU suggested. Baby aspirin and get rid of a pint of juice every so often. The place i donate is every 7 weeks. I let it get away from me years ago and doc had me doing it once a month at hospital until i got my levels down.

I just donated tester da y was about 3 weeks late and they told me my hemoglobin was too low at first. I said must be mistaken.

When I donate blood with high hemoglobin I feel like a million bucks almost right after I donate.

Its not as easy as I thought it would be. I ended up having a scar revision surgery 6 months afterwards and still kinda tender on same side. Will eventually have it looked at again.
