Just under 13 weeks to go. Feeling good, workouts are still strong with the exception of 1 leg session this past week.
Diet is still the same , o major changes to it or supplement regimen .
Body weight is 193 probably 10ish %

Excellent…13 weeks? damn. I had a max of 12-10 Any more and I would be a lying cheating, motherfucker…You can get so ready! You just got my "juices "flowing…thanks. I didnt know you look a bit older? without hurting your health you can probably come in at 185. OR…you can make 176 and be 179 onstage shredded, Just with a little tweaks. I know that sounds crazy and if your doing a masters show or smaller show like state the go lightheavy werevr you weight is at. No back shots but you can get down to 182 and still be ripped. I always look at bbing as having a strategy. Many times I probably could have came in a superhvy, Or Huge heavyweight before there was a super heavy! But, I looked so much better a bit smaller at 225 and then onstage full and ripped at 228-230. no way guys 210 could stand next to me. Whatever, You look great at this time. you’ll be coasting at 3 weeks.
 
Thanks Bud yes I’ll be 49 this year. I have to have my wife take some back shots. I’m guessing I’ll probably suck it up and drop to 176 have not talked with my coach about it yet. That way I’ll be at the heaviest end of that class rather than lower end of next class up
 
Facts…there you go. middleweight winner. especially if they weight you 24 or more hours. wiehg in early, relax let the cortisol stay put and do whatever you do, take a nap and wake up at 178-9 shredded. I have great insurance so I’m thinking about a comeback, good motivation.
