Good People!! UGM brothers.

Diet: Two toast with eggs, avocado 🥑 & raw salmon 🍣 with my fruits & coffee. Lunch chicken, sweet potatoes and asparagus. Dinner don’t know yet. I do have two snacks too

Training: 🦵 & abs.

Had cream of rice with 1.5lbs pineapple and a normal apple with egg whites and beets then went and hit legs, abs. Then the usual post workout cream of rice and banana.
Lunch will be sweet potato, pb2, black beans and chicken.
Dinner is undecided but I have 30 minutes cardio later and will figure it out. Hope everyone is doing well!
 
Breakfast was 2 big pancakes, always add 2 scoops of my mass gainer to the batter, and 4 fried eggs. I eat my mass gainer cakes without syrup. Had a Dew with breakfast. Then mass gainer shake with whole milk, scoop of peanut butter, and whole banana. Lunch was steak and cheese, double meat and cheese on Italian Herbs and Cheese bread with a large sweet tea. Barebell bar for snack. I’ll have a chocolate milk before the gym and another shake before bed. Not sure about dinner quite yet. Today’s training is Pull Ups, Bent Over Row, Seated Row, Curl, Hammer Curl, and Deadlifts. Going to add side and rear delt work at end of workout with supersets.
 
I’ve been leaving the syrup off my pancakes just for you 🤣🤣🤣 on another note eating like I have. I’ve actually been putting about a pound a week. I’ve been off my last cycle for right around 15 weeks now. Pretty stoked I held most of my mass from the Deca cycle and still slowly gaining while planning for my next cycle.
 
I love pancakes and waffles WITH syrup and butter. I indulge every so often. Maybe 3 times a year.
 
Last cycle was 20 Weeks. So I’m taking the full 20 Weeks off. I lost a little strength. I’m just about back to where I was before finishing the cycle. So I’m feeling pretty good about my next coming up.
 
Here’s my total for the day with a 1/2 cup of peanuts for my snack later. There’s one medjool date, tablespoon of balsamic olive oil, one slice of whole grain bread in there… had salmon twice. Protein would be a little over 200 but ran out of whites.
